• Approval of Minutes from February 5th, 2015

• Executive Report:

  • Our Askable Parent Workshop at Langdale March 12th

  • Selema Noon-Scheduled Date? Cost?

  • Architects drawing draft for Outdoor Learning/Play Centre!

  • Request to hold a YMCA Camp Day for kids in lieu of Beach Day!

• Financial-Treasurer Report

  • Extended Experience Grant-Teachers Please Use It!

  • Outdoor toys from SCRD Grant

  • Breakfast food drive competition class pizza party…the winner is!

  • Globe-Delivered…How is it?

  • Cameras.

  • Yoga & Dance Play…need to be billed?

  • Hot Lunch Program

    • How to feed the kids who need it subsidised healthy, filling, and affordable food!

• Fundraising

  • Movie night –Cancelled/Postponed couldn’t get it organized.  

  • Burger and Beer Night & Silent Auction-Invitations and Promotion. This is our one big fundraiser this year we need it to be a success! Letter & Email Out?

  • Bulb Fundraiser-Distributed and due back March 11th!

PAC meetings will now be held the first Wednesday of the month in the school library. We welcome anyone who would like to attend! Please come out and join us no obligation required! There will be no PAC meetings in December or June!
